Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and YoloWire (“YoloWire”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of our press release distribution platform, including our website, dashboard and API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or sending a release through YoloWire, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

YoloWire is a self-serve platform that distributes press releases directly to a network of premium outlets, including Investing.com, Barchart, The Globe and Mail and Invezz. We provide AI-assisted editorial review, distribution, placement tracking and customer support.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and notify us at support@yolowire.app of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, designed to manipulate markets, or otherwise harmful. We may decline, suspend or remove releases that violate this clause or the editorial standards of the receiving outlets, and we may suspend accounts found in repeated breach.

4. Pricing and refunds

Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated for new orders at any time. Where placement is guaranteed, if a paid release is not placed on the contracted outlet within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund of that order on request to support@yolowire.app.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of your press releases. You grant YoloWire and its outlet partners a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, distribute, display and archive your content for as long as it remains live on those outlets.

6. Lifetime publication

Releases distributed via YoloWire are intended to remain published indefinitely. We will not voluntarily remove a placement except where required by law, by the outlet, or where the content is found to violate Section 3.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, outlet-side delays and force majeure events are excluded from any availability commitment.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoloWire’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Releases already published will remain live in accordance with Section 6.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
